SportsEngine Registration: Proctor Area Youth Baseball

2020 PAYB Re-Registration

Welcome

Welcome

As we have delayed our season due to COVID-19, we want to make sure that all families have the ability to choose if they would like to play baseball during the 2020 summer season.  This re-registration will give you the ability to register your child for this season or request options for not playing this summer.

For those that decide to play summer baseball, we will be following the recommendations coming from Governor Walz's office along with the "2020 back to the diamond" recommendations that the Minnesota Youth Athletics Services (MYAS) has put together.  MYAS has been working jointly with the Governors task force in detailing the recommendations that will be used for our season.  In addition, we will be asking players to use extra precautions this season as we play baseball.  This might include, but not limited to bringing a way to wash hands before and after games/practices, individual bottles of hand sanitizer, and the use of their own equipment.  No sharing of equipment will be allowed.

All registration requests need to be completed by 11:59pm on Sunday, May 31st.

Please note that if you are re-registering for the season, you are not paying extra fees.  This is to gather information for all teams and to make refunds and processing easier.  If you did not register for the 2020 season, please complete the registration here and you will be contacted for payment from the PAYB board.

For those that choose not to play this season, you will have three options for a refund:

Option #1 - Request a full transfer of your registration to next season.  You will receive a discount code that can be applied for next season when it comes to registering for the 2021 season.  We will be keeping a spreadsheet of those that did choose to transfer their 2020 season registration.  If you are changing levels next year, you will be responsible for the difference in price or if there is a price change in 2021.

Option #2 - Request a refund of your registration for the 2020 season at 90% of the registration cost.  This is due to website, sports engine processing, insurance, and other misc. season fees that we pay ahead of time.

Option #3 - Donate your 2020 season registration to Proctor Area Youth Baseball.  This allows us to keep investing into our association, equipment, and fields in order to make them accessible for all players.

If the season does get cancelled, the same options above will be offered.  There are many things that we have to pre-pay for including the website, insurance, card processing, and other misc. season fees.  If you have further questions on this, please feel free to reach out.  We are asking you to choose this now so you do not have to worry about this at a later date.

We understand that this has not been the season and summer that we have imagined.  We also understand that each situation is different for families.  If you choose to not have your child play baseball this summer, we will support your decision and look forward to them joining our association next year.
